Pozzuoli restricted area (LTZ Pozzuoli) is divided into two different areas:

  • ZTL2 concerning Corso Umberto I° from Largo Tranvai and number 165 and all crossing streets;
  • Historic center concerning all the streets between via Scialoja and Porta Napoli.

Authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Pozzuoli LTZ: from 7,00 to 10,00 and from 14,00 to 17,00.

Vehicles for disabled people can always enter in Pozzuoli LTZ.
If you need to enter without any authorization you have to inform Local Police within 72 hours since you entered.
You must fill in the application and send it to Local Police.

Local Police may give temporary access authorizations in Pozzuoli Restricted Area after production of motion.

There are 3 kinds of permit:

  • no more than 10 hours
  • no more than 30 days
  • not over 31 december.

If I got into LTZ without any permission, is it possible to revoke the fine ?

If you got in Pozzuoli Restricted Area without any authorization you can't avoid a fine except health or safety urgenties.
In these cases, you have to inform Local Police within 72 hours since you entered.
You can avoid fine, if you fill in modello H, withihn 72 hours after entrance, in these cases, too:
  • disabled people;
  • home care for over 75 years old people;
  • occasional delivery goods;
  • urgent services;
  • Visiting doctors;
  • Funerals;
  • Taxi and NCC.

Per favore vorrei sapere se un disabile munito di permesso di guida di autovettura adattata può entrare nella zona ZTL per sostare nei parcheggi delimitati da strisce gialle.Si precisa che la auto è registrata regolarmente al Comune di Napoli per l'ingressoo in ZTL Avendo ricevuto un verbale si può ovviare a presentare ricorso al Prefetto o và bene l'esibizione del dischetto rilasciato dal comune di residenza.Grazie
