Daily Rome historic center restricted area (ZTL daily Rome historic centeri) covers a part of historic center and its boundary concerns:  Lungotevore , via della Consolazione, Via di san Teodoro, Via dei Cerchi, via San Gregorio, via Celio Vibenna, Via Nicola Salvi, Via del Colosseo, Via Cavour, Via leonida Bissolati, Via Porta Pinciana, Via Muro Torto, Via Luisa di Savoia.

ZTL working time and days

Rome daily historic centre ZTL works:

• 6.30 -18.00, from Monday to Friday
• 14.00 - 18.00, on Saturday

'Tridentino' ZTL works:

• 6.30 - 19.00, from Monday to Friday
• 10.00 - 19.00, on Saturday

Admitted vehicles

In Rome Daily Historic Center Restricted Area (Rome Daily Historic Center ZTL ), only four wheel vehicles can't enter without any authorization, therefore motorcycles and scooters can enter without any problem.

Authorized people

The following kinds of people can enter in Daily Rome Historic center ZTL :

• Taxi and NCC;
• Residents;
• Disabled people with a registered disabled persons badge
• Motorcycles and scooters.

Time for loading and unloading goods

Since 1 november 2011 new permits are working for delivering goods in ZTL Historic Center, ZTL Trastevere and fright ZTL: fares are more expensive less you are green.
There are no time slots for elettric, Gpl, methane and hybrid vehicles under 65 q.li.

Since 1 July 2012 only authorized vehicles can enter in Fright ZTL:

• Lorries under 35 q.li Euro 3, can't enter 7.00-10.00 and 16.00-20.00;
• Lorries under 35 q.li Euro 4, 5 e 6 can't enter 17.30-20.00;
• Lorries over 35 q.li Euro 3, 4, 5 e 6, can't enter 7.00-20.00;
• Electric , GPL methane and hybrid lorries over 65 q.li can't enter 7.00-20.00.

Electric , GPL methane and hybrid lorries under 65 q.li can enter in Fright Rome ZTL without any time slots . 

Own lorries  can enter  from 20.00 to 10.00 and from 14.00 to 16.00. 

Petrol and diesel lorries under 35 q and armored vehicles must rispect these rules since:

• Euro 3, 1° July 2012;
• Euro 4 from 1° July 2013;
• Euro 5 from 1° july 2014;
• Euro 6 from 1° july 2015.

Lorries that don't delivery goods, haven't any time slots but they mast have a permit.

disabled access

It is working comunication service online for disabled people living in Rome who want enter in Rome ZTL. They must tell their plate number (no more than 3) by sportello web or  by application form.

Other disabled people must give, beyond the application form, copy of disabled permit and an ID.

If you are entering in Rome without disabled people, it is possible to call 060606 saying you are entering in ZTL without a disabled people. 
If you want get authorization for other vehicles you can call 0657003 or the free number 800154451 working from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00.
