If I got into ZTL without any permission, is it possible to revoke the fine ?
ZTL Areas (AR)
Since 2010 night Lecce restricted area (ZTL Lecce) covers all the historic center.
Lecce restricted area (ZTL Lecce) concerns the following streets of the historic center: via Università, via Galasso, viale Michele de Pietro, viale XV luglio, viale re Francesco Lo, via Duca degi Abruzzi e via Manifattura Tabacchi.

ZTL working time and days
Lecce Historic center ZTL works every working days from 21.00 to 6 am.
In August, it works from 18.00 to 6.00.
On Sunday and not working days ZTL works from 0.00 to 24.00.
Admitted vehicles
In Lecce Restricted Area (Lecce ZTL ), only four wheel vehicles can't enter without any authorization, therefore motorcycles and scooters can enter without any problem.
Authorized people
The following kinds of people can get authorization to enter in Lecce ZTL:
- Residents;
- Dimorants;
- Shops and Artisans;
- Home care;
- Delivery goods;
- Professionals;
- Press.
Authorized vehicles can delivery goods in Lecce ZTL:
- on working days from 5.30 to 10.30 and from 15.00 to 17.00
- on not working days from 5.30 to 10,00.
If you need to enter without any authorization you have to inform Local Police calling green number 800848586or sending a fax to 0832 230859 within 48 hours since you entered.
You must give the following information:
- Plate number,
- Date and time you entered,
- your disabled permit
It is up hotel guests to say car plate to Local Police calling the free number 800848586 or by fax 0832 230859 attaching hotel receipt.
In these cases, you have to inform Local Police within 48 hours since you entered.
