ZTL Areas (AR)
Forlì restricted area (ZTL Forlì) covers a part of the historic center.
It is divided into three different areas.
- Pedestrian Area concerning Piazza Saffi, Via Diaz, Via Garibaldi and narrow streets
- Permanent ZTL concerning via Della Repubblica, via Mazzini and narrow streets
- Daily ZTL concerning via Pisacane,via Miller,via Theodoli and narrow streets
Where enforced cameras are
Access to Forlì ZTL is watched by 8 cameras located in:
- Via Pisacane
- C.so Mazzini/Via. A.Cantoni
- C.so della Repubblica/Via F. Biondo
- Via Miller/P.zza Morgagni
- Via Miller/C.so Diaz
- C.so Diaz/Via Merenda
- Via Theodoli
- C.so Garibaldi/P.zza Duomo

All gates work everyday from 0.00 to 24.00.

Admitted vehicles
In Forlì Restricted Area (Forlì ZTL ), any kind of vehicles can't enter without any authorization, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.
Zero Emmission vehicles can be authorized to enter.

The following kinds of people can get authorization to enter in Forlì ZTL:
- Electric or Hybrid vehicles;
- Residents;
- Dimorants;
- Car park owners;
- Shop keepers inside ZTL;
- Delivery goods;
- Public services;
- Public events;
- Markets;
- Taxi and NCC;
- Public transport;
- Voluntary organizations;
- Doctors;
- Hotel guests;
- Disabled people;
- Press ;
- Bringing D. Fabbri school students or children;
- Public utilities;
- Weddings;
- Funerals;
Time for loading and unloading goods
Authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Forlì ZTL from 7.00 to 9.30, from 15.00 to 16.30 and from 19.00 to 20.00 .
If you need to enter we advice to contact Forlì Mobilità Integrata within 48 hours since you entered.
You must give the following information:
- Plate number,
- Date and time you entered,
- Disabled permit
- resident application if you are resident in Forlì
- not resident application if you aren't resident in Forlì

It is up the hotel to say car plate to Local Police.
In these cases, you have to inform Forlì Mobilità Integrata within 48 hours since you entered.
