ZTL Areas (AR)

In Bergamo there are 21 different restricted Area divided in two different kind

• Permanent
• Temporary

Permanent Bergamo Restricted Area are:

Centro Storico di Città Alta (delimited by Largo Colle Aperto, Viale delle Mura, Via San Lorenzo and Via Fara );

In Città Bassa

- Via Tasso (from Contrada Tre Passi to Piazzetta Santo Spirito);
- Piazzetta Santo Spirito;
- Via Pignolo (from Via Verdi tp Via Camozzi);
- Via Pelabrocco;
- P.za Matteotti, in front of Palazzo degli Uffici Comunali, civico n.3, and from  via Roma to passaggio Zedurri;
- Via XX Settembre;
- Via Sant'Orsola;
- Largo Rezzara;
- Via Sant'Alessandro (from Largo Rezzara to Via Garibaldi);
- Via Borfuro (from Via Sant'Alessandro to n.12)
- Piazza Pontida;
- Via Broseta (from Piazza Pontida to Via Sant'Antonino);
- Via Zambonate (from Via Quarenghi to Via Spaventa);

- From Friday befor Summer time to Saturday before Winter time:
On Friday and on Saturday from 9.00 p.m. to 01.00 am,

In Città Bassa the folloewing streets and place are closed :

Admitted vehicles

In Bergamo Restricted Area (Bergamo ZTL ), any kind of vehicles can't enter without any authorization, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

Vehicles for disabled people can always enter in Bergamo ZTL but you need to register your plate number. You must fill in the application.

If you need to enter without any authorization you have to inform Local Police within 72 hours since you entered.
You must give the following information:

• Plate number,
• Date and time you entered,
• your disabled permit
