If I got into ZTL without any permission, is it possible to revoke the fine ?
ZTL Areas (AR)
Numana restricted area (ZTL Numana) covers all the historic center.
It is divided into two different areas.
- ZTL B concerns via Roma
- ZTL A concerns the other historic center streets.
- Via Roma ( enter in ZTL B)
- Via Flaminia (enter in historic center)
ZTL working time and days
Numana ZTL ( A ) works from 15 June to 15 September and Numana ZTL ( A ) works from 1 July to 31 Agost.
La ZTL B works every day from 0.00 to 24.00.
La ZTL A works every day from 20 to 6 am.
ZTL A became a pedestrian area from 21 to 23,30 every day from 1 July to 31 Agost and on Saturday and on Sunday from 15 June to 30 June.
Admitted vehicles
In Numana Restricted Area (Numana ZTL ), any kind of vehicles can't enter without any authorization, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.
Authorized people
The following kinds of people can get authorization to enter in Numana A ZTL:
- Bycicles;
- Electric vehicles as Bycicles;
- Taxi;
- Authorized vehicles to reach own house;
- Residents;
- Public utilities;.
- Police and emergency vehicles;
- Disabled people;
- Delivery goods.
- from 8.00 to 13.00
- from 16.00 to 18.00.
If they need to enter without any authorization they have to inform Local Police (phone number 071 9330582) within 48 hours since you entered.
They must fill in the aplication and send it to fax number 800-456110.
It is up the hotel to say car plate to Local Police.
