ZTL working time and days

Alghero ZTL works everyday:

from 00.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
from 10.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.
from 4.30 p.m. to 12.00 p.m.

Via Mazzini gate works from 8.00 p.m. to 7.00 am.

Admitted vehicles

In Alghero Restricted Area (Alghero ZTL ), any kind of vehicles can't enter without any authorization, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

Zero Emmission vehicles can be authorized to enter.

Time for loading and unloading goods

Authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Alghero ZTL:

on working days from 8.00 to 10.30 and from ore 14.30 to 16.30;
On Sunday and on not working days It isn't possible to delivery goods.

It is possible to enter since 10,30 (morning) and since 16,30 (afternoon)

It is possible to transit until 11,00 (morning) and until 17,00 (afternoon)

Local Policy chief can give different rules in particular cases.

disabled access

Vehicles for disabled people can always enter in Alghero ZTL but you need to register your plate number.

You must fill in the application you can download from municipality website.

Hotel guests access

Hotel guests can enter in Alghero ZTL for loading and unloading luggage.
It is up the hotel to say car plate to Local Police. They must tell it 3 days before arrival, so hotel guests must be boocked.

Temporary permits

Local Police may give temporary access authorizations in Alghero Restricted Area after production of motion.
