ZTL Areas (AR)

Narni restricted area (ZTL Narni) is divided into two different areas:

• ZTL 1 : concerning streets and places between Piazza Garibaldi (Area Arco del Duomo) and Porta della Fiera ;
• ZTL 2 : concerning streets and places located on the north of SS 3 Flaminia.

• Via XX Settembre

ZTL working time and days

Narni ZTL works:

• On working days: from 00:00 to 07:00 and from 19:00 to 24:00
• On Not Working Days : from 00:00 to 07:00 and from 10:00 to 24:00

Admitted vehicles

In Narni Restricted Area (Narni ZTL ), only four wheel vehicles can't enter without any authorization, therefore motorcycles and scooters can enter without any problem.

Zero Emmission ad Hybrid vehicles can be authorized to enter.

• Doctors;

• Disabled people;

• Ambulances;
• Taxi and NCC;
• Car sharing;
• Mail services;
• Public Administration;
• Public utilities;
• Public interest;
• Surveillance;
• Funerals;
• Health care;
• Voluntary organizations;
• Religious services;
• Bringing students or children;
• Hotel Guest
• Public Parking inside ZTL.

Time for loading and unloading goods

Authorized vehicles can deliver goods in Narni ZTL without any time slots.

Vehicles for disabled people can always enter in Narni ZTL.
If you need to enter we advice to contact Local Police. within 72 hours since you entered.
You must give the following information:

• Plate number,
• Date and time you entered,
• Disabled permit

You can fill in the application  and send it to local Police.

Hotel guests access

Hotel guests can enter in Narni ZTL.
It is up the hotel to say car plate to Local Police.

Local Police may give temporary access authorizations in Narni Restricted Area after production of motion.

If I got into ZTL without any permission, is it possible to revoke the fine ?

If you got in Narni Restricted Area without any authorization you can't avoid a fine except Disabled people or Hotel guests.
In these cases, you have to inform Local Police within 72 hours since you entered.
