ZTL Areas (AR)

Soave restricted area (ZTL Soave) concerns the following streets of the historic center: 

  • Via Roma
  • Piazza Antenna
  • Contrada degli Ebrei
  • Via Mastino II° della Scala
  • Via A.Mattielli
  • Via Tiro a Segno Nazionale
In the restricted area, there is a Pedestrian Area, too; it concerns the following streets:
  • Via Roma
  • Piazza Antenna

Access to Soave ZTL is watched by 4 cameras located in:

  • via Roma
  • via Tiro a Segno Nazionale
  • Via A. Mattielli
  • Contrada degli Ebrei

ZTL working time and days
Soave ZTL and APU work:
  • In Summer: from 1 May to 30 September:
    • Every day from 20:00 to 24:00
    • On Sunday and on Not Working Days from 09.30 to 24.00
  • In Winter from 01 October to 30 April
    • On Sunday and on Not Working Days from 09.30 to 24.00
  • In Christamas days from 27 Dicember to 05 January from 09.30 to 24.00

Admitted vehicles

In Soave Restricted Area (Soave ZTL ), any kind of vehicles can't enter without any authorization, even motorcycles and scooters must be allowed to enter.

Authorized people

The following kinds of people can get authorization to enter in Soave ZTL:

  • Residents;
  • Car park owners;
  • Disabled people;
  • Police;
  • Firemen;
  • First aid;
  • Shops or companies inside the ZTL;
  • Artisans ;
  • Delivery goods;
  • Public Administration;
  • Public utilities;
  • Funerals;
  • Visiting Doctors;

Time for loading and unloading goods

Authorized people can deliver goods in Soave ZTL according with permit slot.

disabled access
Vehicles for disabled people can always enter in Soave ZTL but you need to register your plate number. 
If you entered without authorization  you can  contact Local Police. within 48 hours since you entered.
You must give the following information:
  • Plate number,
  • Date and time you entered,
  • Disabled permit

Hotel guests access
We don't know any exceptions about hotel guests inside Soave ZTL.
If you need to enter we advice to contact the Hotels or Local Police.

Temporary permits
Local Police may give temporary access authorizations in Soave Restricted Area after production of motion.

If I got into ZTL without any permission, is it possible to revoke the fine ?
If you got in Soave Restricted Area without any authorization you can't avoid a fine except:
  • Disabled people;
  • Police;
  • Firemen;
  • Public Administration;
  • Public utilities;
  • Funerals;
  • taxi e NCC
  • Voluntary associtions;
In these cases, you have to inform Local Police within 48 hours since you entered.
